Qualifications

• Experience in security services business development and tender lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive BDM strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead bid reviews, capture lessons learned, and improve submissions.
• Manage lead generation through marketing activities and outreach.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather tender information.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales progress and ensure service growth goals are met.
• Attend conferences and discovery meetings with qualifying leads.
