Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple levels.
• Understanding of security services and solutions (Manned Guarding, CCTV, Mobile Services).
• Proven ability to research target customers and lead generation.
• Comfortable scheduling meetings and discovery calls; able to travel UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle from identification to submission and debrief.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy with leadership input.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for bids and tender responses.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to generate opportunities.
