Job summary

Security Wizardry Radar Page is seeking a Support Engineer to assist in the design and delivery of secure digital solutions. This role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support within secure environments, ensuring efficient incident management and end-user assistance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and macOS systems, alongside knowledge of Azure and Microsoft services. Joining this role will require an ability to thrive in high-security settings, thus candidates must be prepared for on-site work when required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming tickets and provide updates to users.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support in secure environments.
• Deliver end-user support both desk-side and remotely.
• Issue communications for incidents and service updates.
• Respond to monitoring alerts and triage issues.
