Wavenet is a leading managed services provider delivering cybersecurity, connectivity, and communications solutions. We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide advanced remote and on-site technical support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, macOS, and business applications.

You will own complex incidents through to resolution and mentor Tier 1 engineers. Join our UK-based team to support end users, manage Entra ID/Azure AD, and oversee security configurations while

Qualifications

• Strong administration of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Proficiency with Intune, Autopilot and modern endpoint management.
• Experience administering Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Solid troubleshooting across Windows/macOS/mobile devices; endpoint security.
• Knowledge of networking basics: DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for end users across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows and macOS.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Tier 1 Engineers; own incidents through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Intune configurations.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user provisioning.
• Support Azure-hosted services, AVD, VMs, storage, and cloud networking.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and endpoint alerts per procedures.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 Engineers and Project Teams to resolve complex issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service with proactive updates and effective communication.
