Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Sector Supervisor to provide direct line management of front-line Cleaning Placemakers and to take responsibility for delivering periodic tasks and emergency cleaning within a designated area. The role focuses on proactive management of operations, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring SLA targets are met across all sites in remit.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervisory management of front-line Cleaning Placemakers.
• Proactively manage team performance to ensure client service level agreements are met.
• Support and guide operatives to achieve required service standards.
• Manage contracts and provide operational cover where required.
• Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning duties across all locations within remit.
• Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests within the designated sector.
• Complete periodic carpet cleaning and spring cleaning activities in line with specifications and planned maintenance schedules.
• Assist the Soft Services Manager with recruitment and vetting activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, systems, security policies, and contract requirements.
• Manage consumable stock levels and ensure opening, lock-up, and alarm procedures are followed at each site.]
