Job summary

ISS is seeking a Sector Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision and management of front-line cleaning operatives across a designated sector. You will ensure client SLAs are met, and that periodic and emergency cleaning tasks are completed while maintaining compliance and high-quality service.

You will support operational delivery across multiple sites, nurture client relationships, drive team performance, and ensure company procedures and security requirements are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in cleaning/facilities is required.
• Experience within cleaning, facilities management, or soft services.
• Experience managing frontline teams.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-facing focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, security requirements, and client SLAs.

What an Average Day Looks Like

• Visiting multiple client sites.
• Conducting quality inspections and audits.
• Supporting cleaning teams with operational requirements.
• Responding to service issues and emergency cleaning requests.
• Monitoring staffing levels and arranging cover where required.
• Liaising with clients and account teams.
• Managing compliance records and work orders.
