Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Sector Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision and management of front-line cleaning operatives across a designated sector. The role ensures client SLAs are achieved and compliance standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will supervise teams, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate field-based cleaning tasks across Teesside/North Yorkshire with field-based pattern and driving duties.

• Full UK Driving Licence (Company Van provided).

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, security requirements, and client SLAs.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sector Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of front-line cleaning operatives across a designated sector.

The successful candidate will ensure client SLAs are achieved, periodic and emergency cleaning tasks are completed, compliance standards are maintained, and teams are supported to deliver a high-quality service.

What an Average Day Looks Like

• Visiting multiple client sites.
• Conducting quality inspections and audits.
• Supporting cleaning teams with operational requirements.
• Responding to service issues and emergency cleaning requests.
• Monitoring staffing levels and arranging cover where required.
• Liaising with clients and account teams.
• Managing compliance records and work orders.
