Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Luton to lead a team and deliver a world-class housekeeping service. You will plan, organise and coordinate cleaning operations to meet targets, while maintaining safety and high standards across offices, meeting rooms and facilities.

The role emphasises strong leadership, reliable teamwork and excellent service for customers, with emphasis on communication and attention to detail.

The Role

• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
• Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
• Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
• Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
