Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Section Engineer with Earthworks experience to join the Brackley team. You will report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to close out, coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet programme and budget.

You will assist with temporary works design schemes, monitor subcontractors and help produce programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, contributing to financial forecasting as part of a collaborative project team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities with construction supervision
• Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures or drainage
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• CSCS card (White/Yellow/Red Experienced, Black Manager or Gold Supervisor)
• SSSTS/SMSTS certification holders preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site engineering team from construction to close out under the Sub Agent
• Assist with temporary works design schemes and allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out works
• Produce programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works meet contractual requirements
• Maintain up-to-date information and resources for the team and liaise with Sub Agent and Section Foreman
