Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Site Engineer with Earthworks experience to join our team in the Brackley area, supporting HS2 civil works in an 80km section between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

You will liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials, monitor setting-out activities and help develop junior engineers while ensuring works meet programme, budget and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Earthworks is essential for this role.
• Knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
• CSCS card required (Black, Gold, White, White/Yellow, Red Experienced).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to carry out works activities to the required standards, programme and budget.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors in the performance of their works to meet contractual requirements.
• Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting.
