EKFB is recruiting a Section Engineer to lead site engineering activities on earthworks projects at the Wendover site. You will report to the Sub Agent, supervise the site engineering team, and ensure safe, compliant delivery from construction through close‑out.
The role requires an HNC/degree in construction or civil engineering, practical earthworks experience, a valid Driving licence, and transport to remote site locations. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS qualifications are essential.

The company works on major railway projects including the high‑speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. We are seeking to recruit a Section Engineer to join our Earthworks teams based at the Small Dean site in Wendover.
The Section Engineer manages junior engineers and assists the Sub Agent in construction operations. You will report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to close out. Responsibilities include assisting with temporary works design schemes, allocating labour, plant and materials, managing the site setting‑out team, overseeing subcontractor performance, and producing programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contributing to financial forecasting.
