Qualifications

Experience of working with SEMH students preferred.

Responsibilities
Mentor and support one pupil or a small group.
Assist the teacher during lessons.
Report on pupil progress and concerns.
Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities.
Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
Set work and mark as needed.
Build positive relationships to drive learning outcomes.
Skills
Strong basic education
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
Experience with pupils with SEMH
Behaviour management techniques
Sound IT skills
Education
