Position: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Riverside Secondary School, Liverpool

Salary: £93 per day, paid weekly

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm

Start Date: First week of September

Axcis Education is working with a mainstream secondary school seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young learners in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist teachers with daily activities and lesson preparation
2. Support individual students and small groups to enhance their learning experience
3. Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
4. Participate in school events and activities
5. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and development

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required
• Experience in care, youth, or support work sectors is highly encouraged
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
