Teaching Personnel are seeking a proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant for a school based in Crewe. This is an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ school so they are looking for someone who can ensure all learning needs are catered for.
About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide general support in lessons ensuring students remain engaged and positive behaviour is maintained. You may also support 1-1 in the schools SEN department, providing tailored support and interventions for students who require additional help with core subjects. Additionally, you will work closely with other support staff to create and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring the curriculum is accessible to all.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
