Tradewind Recruitment LTD seeks a passionate Secondary SENDCO to lead SEND provision in a Sheffield-based school, starting January 2027. This full-time, ongoing role offers a supportive, inclusive environment and a clear path to impact pupils with additional needs.

You will coordinate EHCPs, train staff, and ensure compliance with SEND legislation while collaborating with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to drive outstanding outcomes.

Formación

• SENDCO qualification is essential.
• Experience in a secondary school SEND leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for inclusion and improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage SEND provision across the school.
• Coordinate and monitor EHCPs and provision mapping.
