Job summary

Connex Education Partnership in Swindon is seeking a Secondary SEND Teacher to work across specialist SEND schools and provisions in Swindon and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging, accessible lessons and adapt learning to individual needs while building positive relationships with pupils.

You may teach across a range of specialist settings, supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other needs, using practical teaching approaches.

Qualifications

  • QTS is required.
  • Secondary teaching experience is essential.
  • SEND experience is desirable.

Secondary SEND Teacher

Location:Swindon
Pay: £150–£250 per day PAYE
Job Type: Flexible Supply, Temporary, Long-Term & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities

About the Role

Connex Education Partnership is looking for Secondary SEND Teachers to work across specialist SEND schools and provisions in Swindon and the surrounding areas.

If you’re a teacher who enjoys adapting learning, building strong relationships and finding different ways to help young people succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

You may teach across a range of specialist settings, working with smaller groups and personalised programmes designed around individual pupils.

The Pupils

You could support young people with:

Autism / ASC | SEMH | ADHD | SLD | PMLD | Communication needs | Sensory needs | Complex learning needs | Physical or medical needs

Pupils may require additional support with learning, communication, behaviour, emotional regulation or independence.

Your Role

Experience in specialist SEND schools or alternative provision is advantageous.
