Job summary

SET Recruitment is building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing staffing requests in Aberdare, Wales. We are seeking dedicated Contract SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with experience in secondary education to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs and promoting inclusive education.

Role offers a daily rate of £92.56, with Enhanced DBS clearance and opportunities for training and development through our Candidate Care Team.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting.
• Knowledge of SEN needs and strategies to support diverse learners.
• Ability to work effectively within a team of teaching staff.
• Relevant qualifications or previous experience in education preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
