Job summary

SET Recruitment is building a talent pool to fulfil ongoing staffing requests in Aberdare, Wales. We are seeking dedicated Contract SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with experience in secondary education to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, supporting pupils with diverse learning needs and promoting inclusive education.

Role offers a daily rate of £92.56, with Enhanced DBS clearance and opportunities for training and development through our Candidate Care Team.

We are seeking dedicated Contract SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSA) with experience in secondary education to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work closely with secondary school pupils, providing tailored support to meet individual learning needs, fostering a positive classroom environment, and promoting inclusive education. This role requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for supporting student development.

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

• Relevant qualifications or previous experience in education preferred

• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service.
