We are currently building a talent pool to meet ongoing staffing needs across the region for a Temp SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role with a reputable Temporary Industry company. The successful candidate will be supporting pupils with special educational needs within a primary setting, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. The role requires flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting children's individual learning requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced LSAs to contribute positively to the lives of young learners with special needs.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, preferably within a primary special school setting
• Knowledge of special educational needs and behaviour management strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and external agencies
• Relevant safeguarding training (or willingness to undergo training)
• Good communication skills and a caring attitude
• Availability to commit to the agreed temporary placement
