Job summary

Reed is seeking passionate Secondary School Teachers to join our partner schools in East Sussex on a permanent, full-time basis. Start ASAP with opportunities to impact student growth and curriculum delivery across Key Stages 3–5.

Successful candidates will hold QTS or equivalent, have the right to work in the UK, and possess a degree in a relevant subject. Strong classroom management and knowledge of the UK curriculum are essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required to teach in UK schools.

• Degree in a relevant subject is expected.
• Experience teaching at secondary level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum is essential.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons for KS3-5.
• Assess, record and report student progress and attainment.
• Maintain discipline through effective classroom management.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school activities.
• Provide feedback to parents at meetings and events.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments.
