Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3–5.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
• Maintain discipline through effective classroom management.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in curriculum activities.
• Provide feedback to parents at meetings and during progress updates.
• Stay up to date with changes in curriculum structure.
• Act as a mentor to students supporting educational and personal development.
