As a Cover Supervisor within CAT, you will play a crucial role in upholding the trust's high standards by ensuring the continuity of learning and a positive, disciplined environment during short‑term teacher absences.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and confidently deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, fostering an environment of mutual respect.
