Axcis Education in EN3 is seeking a Secondary Behaviour Mentor to support students with SEMH and highly challenging behaviours in a full-time role at a secondary school. You will help students regulate emotions, stay engaged in class and work toward achievable goals, while maintaining consistent behaviour-management strategies and building positive relationships.
The role is temporary, DBS clearance is required, and safeguarding sits at the heart of duties.
