Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience implementing Lean / Continuous Improvement (5S, PFEP, KanBans, VSM) and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–50 hourly employees on second shift.
• Schedule work, train staff, and ensure safety and quality.
• Monitor performance, document issues, and drive continuous improvement.
