Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting a Production Shift Leader to oversee a busy manufacturing floor and a team of 80 across a two-shift pattern. The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will drive performance against KPIs, coordinate workflow, and develop staff while maintaining a positive team culture. A shift allowance of 12.5% and overtime on weekends are included.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large teams in a busy production environment.
• Strong focus on achieving production KPIs and quality targets.
• Experience in health & safety compliance and incident prevention.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 80 staff across a swing shift (6-2/2-10, 7 days a week).
• Meet production schedules and deliverables while maintaining quality.
• Analyse processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Oversee daily activities, manage resources, and optimise productivity.
• Track overtime and control costs, with a shift allowance of 12.5%.
• Provide guidance, develop staff, and foster a strong team culture.
