Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing/production/FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production teams to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Manage day-to-day production activity, labour utilisation, and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement to boost efficiency and output.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance capability and engagement.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor key metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
