Job summary

ebm-papst seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee Pre-assembly and Final Assembly operations. You will manage, hire, and motivate a team, ensuring production meets schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires an Associates Degree in Manufacturing Technology with at least four years of related experience, and familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, SAP, MRP II, and Microsoft Office. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers in Pre-assembly and Final Assembly operations.
• Hire, lead, motivate and qualify workers in the production department.
• Ensure production output aligns with schedule while maintaining safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with planning to define weekly production schedules.
• Maintain LEAN practices and Shop Floor Management systems.
• Interpret specifications and assign duties; enforce policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain time and production records and coordinate with other departments.
