Job summary

EY UK in Leeds is seeking a 2nd Line IT support specialist to join On-site Technology Support (OSTS). You will be the face of EY Technology, resolving incidents, supporting end users, and ensuring hardware and software services meet client needs.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and provide exceptional client service across Windows, Microsoft 365, PC hardware, and peripherals. Travel to EY office locations may be required, and a passion for technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage multiple requests with SLAs.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolving Incidents and Requests related to end user software, PC hardware, and peripherals.
• Documenting actions in ServiceNow with clear diagnostic steps and resolutions.
• Keeping customers informed on ticket progress until resolution.
