Job summary

GT Stewart Solicitors in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Second Line IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will resolve more complex issues, maintain infrastructure, and support IT projects across the firm.

Working closely with the Head of IT, you will help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable and efficient, enabling staff to deliver exceptional client service. Travel to other GT Stewart offices is required.

Qualifications

• 2nd line IT support experience preferred in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for complex issues.
• Assist with server, network and cloud infrastructure maintenance.
• Support security, cyber hygiene, and compliance with GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
