Pho Restaurants in Waterloo is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our NEW PHO restaurant opening in Waterloo. You will work with a wonderful team of chefs, supporting and helping in different kitchen sections to ensure top-quality dishes while upholding food safety standards.

Salary is up to £41,900 (base £34,700 plus tron). Enjoy perks such as free meals, 50% off food and drink, regular pay, pension, training, and annual celebrations.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year as Second/Sous Chef or in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Hands-on, supportive and able to mentor wok/lines/salad chefs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Head Chef with managerial duties and operations.
• Oversee kitchen sections and mentor team members.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cooking quality.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver fresh Pho dishes.
