Job summary

Knoll House in Studland, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support our busy kitchen team and deliver high-quality, guest-focused service with a personal touch.

We offer a flexible up to 40–45 hours per week, with regular evenings and weekends; a live-in option is available. You will prep, station, and assist on the line under the Head Chef, maintaining consistency and a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial kitchen experience required.
• Experience of hotel operations desirable.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Fluent written and verbal English required.

Responsibilities

• Support on the line during service to ensure high quality, varied menus.
• Assist with prep and mise-en-place under kitchen leadership for each service.
• Report to Head Chef and support the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth operation.
