Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Commis Chef, or Demi Chef de Partie.
• Experience working in luxury hospitality or high-volume kitchens.
• Positivity, commitment, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
• Manage kitchen section efficiently.
• Support senior chefs with menu preparation.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with stock control to minimise waste.
• Collaborate within the kitchen brigade.
