Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for a 4-hour contract at our Devon store. You will work with an energetic retail team, helping customers, processing sales, and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented environment.

You’ll feed customers with product information, support merchandising guidelines, and assist with deliveries. Prior retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and warm demeanor fitting Saltrock culture.
• Passion for selling and engaging with customers.
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Competent in till operations and cash/card handling.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by passion for product and brand.
• Provide a welcoming store atmosphere and positive customer experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy, safe store.
• Inform customers about product features, benefits and stock.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within timescales.
• Keep product tidy and replenished; support merchandising guidance.
• Process deliveries and assist with stock in-store.

aboard and join the next part of our adventure!

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic
team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering
an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales
  targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while
  processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive
  experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard
  the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our
  customers with information about our product including features and benefits
  and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy
  and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with
  our guidelines
• Process deliveries
