Job summary

Saltrock Exeter is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor for a temporary seasonal role on an 8-hour contract. You will be part of our retail team, delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers and helping to hit sales targets.

You'll work with a small team, maintain a welcoming store environment, handle till and card payments, restock, and assist with merchandising and deliveries as required. Prior retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and a friendly manner.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain product features.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store, making it inviting and welcoming
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard, the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and stock availability
• Help implement markdowns/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
