Job summary

Saltrock, the British coastal lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 4-hour contract to join our Retail team in store. You will engage with customers and help deliver an excellent shopping experience in a warm, welcoming environment.

You will assist with sales, till operations, merchandising and product knowledge, while maintaining tidy shelves and supporting markdowns and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail would be desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales transactions with accuracy and care.
• Contribute to a welcoming store environment.
• Maintain store housekeeping to high standard and ensure safety.
• Provide product information and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within set timescales.
• Keep products tidy and replenished.
• Support merchandising and deliveries as required.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic
team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering
an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales
  targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while
  processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive
  experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard
  the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our
  customers with information about our product including features and benefits
  and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy
  and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with
  our guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey
