Job summary

Saltrock is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for a 4-hour contract to join our Retail team on the South West coast of the UK. You will work with an energetic team, delivering an excellent in-store experience for customers and helping drive sales targets.

You’ll gain exposure to our iconic brand and product range while maintaining store presentation, handling till operations, and supporting merchandising according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to process sales transactions with accuracy.
• Knowledge of stock availability and product features is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy store environment.
• Provide customers with information on product features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within agreed timescales.
• Keep product tidy and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising with guidelines and product displays.
• Process deliveries when they arrive.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey

• A warm and friendly manner that fits with ourculture
• A passion for selling and interacting withcustomers
• Recognition of the importance ofstrong visual merchandising
• Competent at till operations and Cash/cardhandling
• Experience in Retail would bedesirable but not essential
