Job summary

Saltrock, a British coastal lifestyle brand, is looking for a Sales Advisor on a 4 hour contract to join our Retail team. You will work with a energetic group, delivering an excellent in-store experience while promoting Saltrock products.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing transactions, maintaining a welcoming store, and supporting merchandising and deliveries. Prior retail experience is desirable, with uniform allowance and a generous holiday policy offered.

Qualifications

• A warm and friendly manner that fits Saltrock culture.
• Passion for selling and interacting with customers.
• Strong visual merchandising awareness.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
• Competent at till operations and cash/card handling.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive, inviting store experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for a healthy, safe store.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns/price changes within set timelines.
• Keep products tidy, presentable and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising aligned with guidelines.
• Process deliveries.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positive experience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standard the outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed our customers with information about our product including features and benefits and stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidy and presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction with our guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey
