Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the busy festive period at Boots stores.

This is a temporary, in-store role with duties across customer service, tills, stock replenishment and supporting deliveries. Flexibility for Bank Holidays and peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
