Job summary

Boots Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor for the festive period. You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping customers find gifts, enjoy offers and complete purchases.

This temporary role involves stock replenishment, deliveries support and flexible shift patterns to keep the store running smoothly. Team spirit and a positive attitude are essential as you help create feel-good moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player and supports others.
• Operations ready: balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive and takes ownership.
• Resilient and positive during busy periods.
• Energy and stamina for long, active shifts.
• Confident asking questions when needed to get things right.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
