Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find the perfect gift and enjoy great offers during the festive period. You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on, delivering warm, personalised service that makes moments matter.

This fast-paced, active role includes helping with deliveries, stock replenishment and keeping the store looking its best, while you support your team and learn what it takes to create brilliant Boots experiences.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused - enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready - comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive attitude - sees what needs doing and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
