Job summary

TALA is seeking a Store Manager for its Bicester Village location on a fixed-term contract from November 26 to January 27. You will own the store's commercial performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding customer experience in line with the TALA brand.

You’ll manage schedules, training, merchandising and stock, while reporting insights to HQ. Experience in premium or fast-growth fashion retail, strong commercial acumen and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven store management experience in fashion/activewear/lifestyle retail.
• Strong ability to read P&L and trade reports and act on insights.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store commercial performance, including sales, payroll and controllable costs.
• Trade the store daily/weekly using data to drive decisions.
• Build and manage store rota to maximise trading hours within payroll budget.
• Lead training on product, service, and brand; develop and upskill staff.
• Maintain best-in-class customer experience reflecting TALA values and community.
• Deliver visual merchandising standards and on-brand floor execution.
• Oversee stock, backroom standards, cash handling and POS operations.
• Act as link between store and HQ, providing timely reporting and feedback.
