Away Resorts' Sandy Balls Holiday Village is seeking a Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests from check-in to check-out, handle bookings and assist with enquiries.

You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering a high level of service, resolving complaints, and ensuring guests leave with a smile.

Evenings, weekends and bank holidays are included; punctual, cheerful individuals with a can-do attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Confident and friendly personality with strong organisation.
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, check them in and out.
• Make bookings for activities and respond to enquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guests feel cared for.
• Assist with other duties as needed on park.
