Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in Hotel Chocolat and seasonal products including the Velvetiser.
• Help customers find the perfect Christmas gift by asking questions and checking allergens.
• Support store team with deliveries and replenishment.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high standards in store and café areas to wow customers.
• If there is a café, prepare drinks and snacks per guidelines and keep the area clean.
• Support the store and team to drive success.
