Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is recruiting a Seasonal Sales Advisor for our UK stores during the busy Christmas period in Acton. You will help customers choose perfect gifts, process transactions, and support in-store and cafe areas, while delivering a high-standard customer experience.

You will be reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with additional perks including staff discounts and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible to meet store trading and delivery needs
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to check allergens when assisting customers

Responsibilities

• Immersing customers in Hotel Chocolat and seasonal products like Velvetiser
• Help customers find the perfect Christmas gift by asking about needs and preferences
• Assist with deliveries and replenishment as needed for the store
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till
• Maintain high store and cafe standards to wow customers
• If there is a cafe, prepare hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks per guidelines and keep area clean
• Support the store and team to drive success
