Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests have a first-class dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and keep the dining area clean and stocked, working with the wider hotel team to deliver outstanding service.

You don't need prior F&B experience, but a passion for exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage is not essential, but passion for exceptional guest experience and brand standards.
• Strong communication skills and friendly, professional guest interaction.
• Able to work in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Handle payments and maintain a clean dining area.
• Restock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Work agilely with the wider team, upholding Aimbridge's four pillars.
