Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver first-class dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well-run dining area while supporting hotel operations.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, adapt to busy periods, and uphold our brand standards focused on People, Product, Guest, and Performance. Experience is not essential, but a passion for hospitality and excellent service is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area and restock supplies.
• Assist with food preparation as needed and support wider hotel operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards in every interaction.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
