Job summary

Master of Malt is seeking a Customer Relations Advisor for the peak Christmas period. The role is hybrid, combining home work with in-office training in Tonbridge, Kent, and requires availability across Christmas and New Year.

Fixed-term until 8 January 2027, with potential to go permanent. Pay is £12.75 per hour plus a £0.75 retention bonus for staying through the contract, with weekend/Bank Holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on products and help them choose bottles.
• Process orders worldwide, including payments, fraud checks, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media and phone.
• Interact with third-party sellers like Amazon and eBay.
• Make rational decisions on discounts and refunds based on customer situation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support customers.
