Job summary

Boots is recruiting seasonal Customer Advisors for the Christmas period. The role pays £13.02–£15.10 per hour and is weekly paid. You’ll help customers find great gifts, explain offers and provide friendly service on the shop floor, with duties including stock replenishment and supporting deliveries.

This is a busy, active, temporary role requiring flexibility across store areas and strong teamwork. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bank holiday availability including Black Friday week and Cyber Monday.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers.
• Team player who supports others and cares about team success.
• Comfortable with technology and using tills, handheld devices and self-checkouts.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable experiences through friendly, personalized service.
• Complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and stockroom organization.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across different areas and support the team.
