Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor for London during the Christmas period. The role pays £13.02 to £15.10 per hour and is paid weekly. You’ll help customers find gifts, promote offers and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will also assist with deliveries, restocking and stockroom organization, working across store areas to support the team in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role may extend based on local availability.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
