Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the Christmas peak. You’ll be the friendly face offering support, with fast-paced shifts and a collaborative team environment.

The role includes stocking, deliveries, and helping keep the store looking its best. Previous retail experience is helpful, and the position is temporary with possible longer-term opportunities based on local availability.

Qualifikationen

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused approach to creating great experiences for shoppers.
• Team player who supports others and contributes to store success.
• Comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.
• Proactive in spotting what needs doing and taking ownership.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking its best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
